• Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order.

• Products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging with all original contents.

• For hygiene and quality reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item is defective or you received the wrong product.

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product.

• Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return or refund request has been approved.

• Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method, subject to the processing time of your payment provider.

• If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns requested for personal reasons, shipping charges may apply.
